Thanks for reaching out! I have escalated this issue internally and once I hear back I will pass that info along. After reaching out I found that Zoom is not yet officially supporting Windows The system requirements page still certainly does not list Windows I have heard many users be able to run Zoom on Windows 11 with no problem, but also numerous cases of users having some trouble of one type or another. The speakers work fine everywhere except a Zoom meeting!
I updated Zoom, checked drivers for updates, etc. Hope someone can help! I have same issue on Mac for last 2 weeks I have 45 years in IT so believe me when i say it is a Zoom problem.
Thank you for your response! I guess I'll just keep updating Zoom on this computer and use a tablet until this gets resolved. This is a new problem that's popped up in the past few weeks! Very frustrating! Thanks again Same problem here. New LG laptop, Win Speakers work for all apps except Zoom. Hope they address this serious issue, as Zoom is currently unusable to me. Same problem. Zoom audio worked just fine last night.
This morning it fails to detect audio. What happened overnight?! Same problem with my mom's laptop. I have the same issue on my Lenovo. I have used the same laptop for 2 years and never had an audio problem with Zoom. Now suddenly no speakers detected. You may not try them all. Just work your way down the list until you find the one that does the trick. Before you attempt anything more complicated, make sure everything is connected securely.
If not, take a look at the second fix below. So you should update the audio driver to see if it fixes your problem. There are two ways to get the correct drivers for your sound card: manually or automatically.
